In a broader sense, Mentors at our institution actively cultivate a friendly and well-informed connection with the pupils residing in the boarding houses they oversee. Their involvement goes beyond routine duties, extending to the enrichment of the boarding house’s communal life through social events, extra-curricular activities, as well as specific games and assigned responsibilities.

Throughout the term, mentors engage in daily interactions, ensuring ongoing contact and communication with the pupils under their guidance. Additionally, scheduled mentor meetings are calendared, providing boys and girls with a designated time and convenient location on campus to attend. Each Mentor assumes responsibility for a small group of Mentees, typically comprising 8-10 individuals, offering continuous academic mentorship and pastoral guidance. In this capacity, Mentors serve as a valuable sounding board for opinions, acting as mediators and confidants while interpreting and reinforcing the esteemed standards and values upheld by the school.
